Any guy who thinks there’s a special way to seduce every woman he meets, from supermarket checkout girls to runway models, is at best deluding himself and at worst setting himself up for some pretty serious falls. At the same time, if a guy thinks that because he doesn’t look a certain way or live a certain lifestyle he can’t attract and sleep with hot girls, he too is deluding himself. And that’s why it’s important to have and maintain the right attitude when it comes to how you think about yourself and your chances of successfully picking-up women. You need to hit the middle-ground. Here’s how.
Understand that no man in the world can pick-up every girl he meets and sleep with her or make her his girlfriend. It’s impossible. At best, the world’s greatest pick-up artist could hope for a 60-75% success rate. This isn’t his fault, though, it’s just how it is. Different women will always prefer different men, regardless of their skills and looks. For example, some girls will only date really good looking men simply because they don’t want to “lower” themselves or their standards. On the other hand, some women, even 9s and 10s, will hardly ever date a guy who’s good-looking, even if he’s got skills, because they have preconceptions about the way good-looking guys “act” and “think”.
Anyway, regardless of all that, here’s what you need to remember. The most important thing you can possess if you want to be good at picking-up women is a solid set of attraction and seduction skills. Using those skills, sometimes you’ll have success and sometimes you won’t. Simple as that. So try to remember that when you’re out in the field playing the pick-up game.
